Basith earned his bachelor’s degree in biology (Pre-Medicine) and Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Superior, graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors. In UW-Superior he was offered the #YAWH Scholarship. He is the founder of ScholaMundi, a free mentorship service for U.S. college applications. Originally from Sri Lanka, currently Basith works as a Clinical Research Technician for Phase I Human drug testing and is planning to pursue further education for his medical career. Basith has been accepted to several universities for his undergraduate, to name a few: University of Denver- Colorado, University of Maine, University of Nebraska, UPenn State, NYU, Miami University, Arizona State University and Columbia College. Currentlly, he also pursues his masters degree in the University of Wisconsin- Madison in Integrative Biology which was offered to him with a full ride and a stipend.
Sofia majoring in biology (Pre- Medicine) with minors in Chemistry and Spanish, is currently finishing up her bachelors. She is the Co-founder of ScholaMundi. Originally from Italy, Sofia currently works as a Clinical Research Assistant in the Cancer Clinical Trials Program. Her academic achievements have been recognized with acceptance into prestigious institutions for undergraduate such as UMass Boston, Richard Bland College, Queens College CUNY, Pace University NY, Arizona State University, University of Connecticut and University of Tulsa.
Erik pursued a degree in Computer Science at the University of Wisconsin-Superior, where he immersed himself in both academic and practical aspects of the field. During his studies, he had the opportunity to work closely with Dr. Bezroukov on a research project that significantly deepened his understanding of programming. This hands-on experience allowed Erik to develop strong technical skills, particularly in software development and problem-solving.
